Answer #24 You don't mention if you are overweight. If youaren't overweight, I don't think anything you dowill reduce them. If you are overweight, weightloss diet may help....excercise may make themappear larger or smaller because of muscle tone. Pregnancy does affect size, but double? Dependson person. A doctor is where you should get youradvice. - answered by ljpeterson1956

Answer #27 Whenever I lose weight my boobs go first. I wishthey wouldnt but mine are only a B - C (depending on how fat I get) It builds up in mychest first. So I'd suggest the same as everyoneelse. Excercise and weight loss. Even if therest of you doesnt need it, building up somemuscle still might take some off your chest. Have you ever seen a female body builder with bigboobs? - answered by jadewtch
Answer #28 You should probably talk to your doctor (orgynocologist if your more comfotable) first, butin general when you loose weight, you should looseweight from your breasts as a lot of what makes upyour breasts is fat and fatty tissue. - answered by Becky
Answer #29 If you gained weight when they went to DD's youmay be able to reduce your breast a bit smaller bylosing the weight you gained. If you lose weightand don't lose in the breast (meaning you havemore dense breast tissue instead of fatty tissue),the only choice is a breast reduction (that can becovered by insurance).Contrary to what is saidhere, breasts are not ALL fat. There is a lot ofdense breast tissue in there as well. If yourbreasts are mostly dense, you may actually NOTlose in the breast. If your breasts are morefatty, then you may lose in the breast.Like Isaid, if you had gained weight and your breastsgot larger, it more than likely losing that weightthat will help you lose in the breast. But you'llnever know until you try. - answered by Terri
