Question : How reliable is legalzoom.com?
Has anyone had documents made and actually put into use? I was told that many estate lawyers use similar forms and essentially fill in the blanks. My situation is not overly complicated. We have 1 rental property and 1 primary residence. We have one child and one on the way. I was planning on using legalzoom.com once the last child is born to create a will and living trust. Any advise?
