The value of the products made by the Americancompany called "The Franklin Mint " aredependant on how much a collector is willing topay for an item, on re-sale.. It is a muggs game.Meaning that the company pumps out millions of aitem, say a china collectors plate, and buyersexpect to see it rise in value over time. It's a private company that makes souvenir"coins", medals, prints, statuettes,etc. and sellsthem, frequently in sets. They try and convincepeople that these will have "collector value".
