Fastest would be the nearest pawn shop. You won'tget a very good price, but you can probably sellthe items on the spot. - answered by: STEVEN F View All Answers (3)

The value of the products made by the Americancompany called "The Franklin Mint " aredependant on how much a collector is willing topay for an item, on re-sale.. It is a muggs game.Meaning that the company pumps out millions of aitem, say a china collectors plate, and buyersexpect to see it rise in value over time. Atotal waste of money. This is NOT a way to make aprofit.Jim B. Toronto. - answered by: Jim B View All Answers (4)

Question: #7: What is the value of The Millennium Coin Collection from the Franklin mint?
I have looked all over the internet for the pastcouple hours and can not find any informationabout it. It is in a wooden case with doors thatopen to the coins inside that are in plastic'cards' with information about each coin writtenon each one. It has green marble looking pillarson each side of the doors. Sorry for my ignoranceit is the best description I can give. I'm sureits supposed to resemble a government building orsomething.

Franklin Mint items have never done well on thesecondary market. They charged to much for theitems. They also didn't really make the coins andmostly medals, for the coin collector. They wentafter the history buff and people who thoughtsince it is silver, it has to go up in value. Itdid, bit noway near what was paid for them. Theyalso took real inexpensive world coins andpackaged them nice and charged outrages prices. They had great packaging, but items of littlevalue or over priced items. You may not be able tofind out what they are worth, because few peoplewould be willing to buy them. Private mint issuesand buying on TV, are two things to keep away fromwhen it comes to coins. I do believe there is abook out there on Franklin mint items, I don'tknow if it has a price guide or not. Check yourlibrary. I wish I had better news for you. - answered by: Taiping View All Answers (3)

The present owners have no records of items madein the 1970`s. and therefore I cant get lists ordescriptions of the soldiers from them. Thecompany is in america but used a number ofenglish casting companies and artists in theirearly productions in the late 60`s and early 70`s.At one time owned by MGM studios and more recentlyfamous for the court case involving the statuettesthey made of Diana alledged without consent. Theywere sued for millions and sold the company. It isnow owned by a consortium of film stars.
