All Answers: Answer #1I haven't had any from them that were marinated that I know of. I have had their bacon wrappedfilets and New York Strips. Both were beautifulcuts of meat and well aged.They are very tenderand flavorful.I also have had their burgers. Alsoquite good.

The trick is they are prime beef and dry-aged. The combination makes for a really good steak. But you can do as well for less money at thechi-chi grocery stores if you are near an urbancenter.

I think they're great but expensive.....if you canget some of the good deals they offer on occasionit is more affordable. My beloved Aunt Mary sendsa big package of their products to everyone atChristmas time and they always disappear fast!

We have bought their bacon wrapped filets, and wefound them to be excellent.Their seafood is alsowonderful. They have a few other dishes that areperfect to serve to guests: Apple tarts that tasteas good as the best bakery in town, potato dishes,etc.Everything arrives completely frozen inreusable styrofoam coolers. We will buy from themagain. Some of their sales are too good to passup.

I order them every year for the men in the family.I usually get them the package with the baconwrapped fillet mignons, hamburgers, and a fewother goodies. They always seem to enjoy them. Mydad likes the Tbone steaks. I hear that KansasCity Steaks are pretty good too, but they weremore expensive than the Omaha and the Omaha steaksalways have deals going on and clearance items.

They're pretty good. The only thing better in thatprice range is Amana Beef from Amana, Iowa. Thefilet mignon is outstanding and the cows are notgiven hormones or chemicals unless they are ill.All they are given is corn and there is nothingbetter than a corn fed beef steak.

I've received them several years from my nephew,different cuts each time, and they are greattasting, tender and broil or grill wonderfully. Idefrost them in a bowl of cold water. This takesabout 20 minutes. I then cook them about 5 minuteson each side. Better than restaurant steak meals.
