Question : I'm fixing to take the plunge & try eDiets Deliciously Yours for 1 week. Gonna cost me $131.60 Is it worth it?
I've been asking this for a few weeks now & am thinking of going ahead and just doing it today, but just wanna see if anyone at all has any opinions on eDiets Deliciously Yours. This is the program that delivers freshly prepared healthy meals right to your door. All you have to do is heat and eat. It's pretty expensive and I don't know if it's gonna be a waste of money or not so I'd like to get some opinions on it please. Please only give opinions about eDiet Deliciously Yours if you've tried it. I've already heard not to try diets becuz they are fads and don't work etc. so please don't post any answers like that again. All I'd like to know is about the eDiets Deliciously Yours plan itself please. I'd like to know your experience with it and opinions on it. Is it worth it?.No I'm not doing this program to lose weight. I'm a female 5'4 and I weigh 145 lbs. I'm not interested in losing weight, I want to do this because I just had a baby and I don't have time anymore to make myself home cooked healthy meals so I usually just grab whatever and it's usually something unhealthy. I know I'll regret that later if I keep it up but I just don't have time to eat healthy home cooked balanced meals anymore so the eDiets plan seems like a great option for me at this time. If I lose a few pounds in the process then that'll be great, but like I said before, weight loss in not my objective.

All Answers: Answer #1I take it you are doing this becuase you want to lose weight. If that is the case, then the bestoption for you, is to see your doctor and havethem reccomend a diet and exercise program foryou, it is much healthier, cheaper, and moreeffective. - answered by Chris K
Answer #2 You're asking if it's worth it? You're paying awebpage to design a meal plan for you...No, it'snot. - answered by ouranticipation
Answer #3 Opinions will vary. You may feel it is worth it toyou, someone else may not feel it was worth it tothem. My view is, if you are going to spend themoney, then stick with the program. If they aresupplying all your food, then only eat what theysupply you and don't "fudge" even the tiniestlittle bit...when you do that, the money spenteasily becomes "not worth it". For theconvenience, it may well be worth it, for thosewho can afford it. I KNOW I'd not have a weightproblem if someone else was doing my cooking(healthy only) and doling out my portions...buthow many of us can afford that(indefinitely)?Learn to eat a healthy balanceddiet, watch your calorie intake, and exerciseregulary. Whether you try eDiets or not, you needto make a lifestyle change to be healthy and keepoff any pounds lost.Good luck! - answered by BabeHeart

Answer #6 I think you should try it if you really want to.$131.60 is a lot of money for one week's of food, but it's not like you are locked in and have tobuy it every week for a year or anything. Tryanything once!! - answered by can't say
Answer #7 It's not worth it. buy some lean cuisines orquick fixes like salads and the perdue chickenstrips. You don't have to cook anything. If youreally want to learn how to be healthy and makeyour own choices, try weight watchers. Their foodplan is great, whether you want to lose ormaintain weight. - answered by New Yorican M
