Question : Is anyone on the Zone Diet Home Delivery System?
What has been your experience with this weight loss system where the Zone diet is delivered fresh to your front door? I know it's expensive, but does it work, and is the food better than nutrasystem (which for me, tasted pretty bad with the exception of a couple of items)?

All Answers: Answer #1My roommate was on the Zone diet and it worked well for her. The main thing is that you can ONLYeat what they give you. So no snacking on yourown. You also still have to make sure you get yourexercise in. The food tasted good. I wish I canafford it but it's so darn expensive!
