All Answers: Answer #1I've been up and down and up and now I'm an Ideal weight. 44 year old female, 5'9" tall and 133 1/2pounds this morning. Eat a food pyramid baseddiet, lots of raw veggies and fruit, organic ifyou can. Get 5 hours of exercise a week. Anddon't try a junk diet to lose, when the long termresult is you will gain it all back plus 10. Don't be a victim of commercial crap. Use yourhead!! Go to web site for food portions. Answer #2 You can eat the same w/o being on Medifast. Goonline and get a list of "low glycemic index"foods. Also go to diabetic websites for manyrecipes and tips. This is a healthy way to losewgt, and maintain. By doing this you take controlof your behaviors, and they become habits.You willslip! Don't beat yourself up. Just get back ontrack. Answer #4 to be honest ive tried all the diets going im sureof it and the best thing is not to diet ! you needto change your whole eating habits i eat loads itsjust i eat the right foods and ive startedswimming 4-5 times a week for around an hour eachtime and ive lost 2 stone since may its greatgoodluck ! - answered by xx mwah xx ;0)
