I think the answer is most likely to be 1). AHome Service Representative is someone from aninsurance company who visits a client or potentialclient in their own home. It is much more commonin life insurance than general insurance. AFriendly Society is a life insurance company thatis owned by its customers - kind of like aco-operative.Are you studying for a CII exam orsomething like that? Have you actually rang them to ask if they haverecieved the paperwork?They could be sat waitingfor the paperwork and you waiting for them, youneed to ring them, they wont rush if there notpushed into doing so, the longer the money is intheir account the more interest they will incrueso there not going to rushIve found Churchill tobe really good, but maybe thats because theyvenever had to pay me anything lolWas there anydiscrepancy at all regarding the theft, were theyhappy with all the facts and have they even agreeda figure with you regarding the car? - answered by: twinks

My wife was involved in an accident middle ofSeptember. A guy pulled out taking out the backend of her car and pushing her across traffic,onto opposite side of road, up kerb and into alampost. A frightening accident for all of us inthe car, we are just thank ful we are allok.However, even though he has accepted fullresponsibility it is us that come out of thiswhole experience way down on the money side ofthings.The car has been written off, and we are tobe paid out £2330, £1200 less than we paid forthe car last year. Thanks Churchill. You reallyhave helped us out. And all the other driver getsis an increased premium next time round. Surelythis is wrong?We have put the amount to be paid tous into dispute, but have already been told thatthat is the price on Glass's guide and thats allwe will be paid. Cheers. We even have to go to theother guys insurance to sort out medical claimsetc. Again churchill have really excelledthemselves.Comments? Tony
