Answer #4 At 42 St & Lexington get the Shuttle to the WestSide (it is a one stop train). There get thelocal #1 subway two stops to 59 Street. Changethere to the D train uptown. Get off at thesecond stop, which is in the basement of theAmerican Museum of Natural History. Wearcomfortable shoes as it is enormous and takes alot of walking around! - answered by tham153
